There is a new Facebook page open to the public, raising awareness about MK abuse in NTM/Ethnos360, and about the re-victimization caused by the mission's dismal response to the needs of wounded MKs. This page was established by a group of MKs from NTM background. They are raising their collective voice, hoping to shine the light of truth on what has been going on, not only in the past, but currently. Check out this page, like, follow, and share it! https://www.facebook.com/mkvoiceorg/ |

A recent comment on the FB page---- With regards to Ethnos 360 and accountability: Ethnos 360 has no real mechanism for accountability. As an organization, they do not have an outside board that holds the leaders of the organization accountable for decisions or actions. Those in the organization, do not like to publicly disagree or challenge their leadership for answers out of concern they will be looked at as a trouble maker. When Questions are asked about the investigations in public forums in the organizations training facilities, they are generally not answered in a transparent open fashion. THose members asking questions publicly are told to speak with The Executive Board or Head of personnel in private after the meeting. The answer always is "we got it under control and this is no big deal. This issue is just a couple of people that are angry" The Executive Board itself selects from within the organization, very like minded individuals. The criteria for this position is a little mystical, meaning, there is no published criteria or job description for an Executive Board member. There is no known annual review process to know if these men are adequately doing their job or if they should be terminated for not accomplishing what they should be doing. No member provides feedback for a review on job performance.Names of Executive Board members are not easily found. In a survey of members asked, one in 20 could tell me how many men are on the Executive Board and one in 40 even knew all of their names. The question is then, if no one knows who the decision makers are, and no one is paying attention, than is there any real accountability? The very clear answer is NO |

As far as I have been able to determine, there are no men on the Executive Board who are not mission members. Several years back, there was one non-member on the Board for a time, but sadly, that man comitted suicide. |
