Thank you, SkyeBlue. I saw that too. I hope and pray this site catches hold and becomes a huge data base. If that were to happen, we might actually get some traction on either exposing abusers of MKs, or possibly even getting them arrested and prosecuted. In the case of the perp who preyed on multiple children in the Philippines, the missing link is to find someone he abused here in the US. That could open the door to his arrest and prosecution. Without that link, he is protected, because his overseas crimes were committed prior to the passing of the Protect Act.
