We would have so much fun!!!! And despite everything, I still believe in heaven--a heaven that includes wide open spaces, campfires, wine flowing free and sweet, oceans, a sun that doesn't burn your skin, wind that doesn't chill your bones, and a son that walks, talks, laughs and plays pranks with us on sympathetic agnostics

Now ya talking. I thought heaven was going to be endless singing, playing harps and me cleaning the mansions of saints. But if it is going to be as wonderful as you describe, I think I shall sign up.

In the meantime, I shall enjoy my little slice of warm paradise (oops not supposed to mention the weather!) for a bit longer.

"MKSN had to send in the first deposit for our 2015 conference. If any of you know of someone who would like to support MKSN let them know they can send donations on the mksafetynet.net site. We work on a very small balance in the bank. This is only possible because the board does the work and no one is paid. Also any wishing to do a fund raiser for the conference would be great. I am really getting excited as it is over a year away yet people are already saying they are coming."

Lawyers, surgeons, politicians?

Anyone else who is interested in helping this wonderful group provide another conference for adult MKs?

Thanks Raz for putting the announcement in here. MKSN needs all the help we can get. Our last conference had a start with the large fundraiser done for Marilyn who passed away before the last conference. Someone suggested others could do the same as memorials to MKs who have passed away. Some of those MKs were those who just could not go on in their own journey because of all the abuse they suffered. You can Personal Message me if you have questions.

Bemused your heaven was a little better than mine. I thought our souls went to heaven. A soul is a while blog that sits on a white cushion. I thought that for years, don't know where it came from maybe there was so much description of hell to keep kids in control the forgot to talk about heaven. Anyway I like Allbetter's description much better.

I think we should do a "Tag, You're It" fundraiser. It starts off with one MK meeting with another MK, for coffee. He or she passes the MK a ten-dollar bill and tells them that they need to pass it on to another MK and add another Ten dollar bill to it. When it gets to a hundred they send it in to MKSafety.net. And it starts over again. Soon we would have a network of us actually talking to each other.

That is a cool idea!
