The removal of the statute of limitations is a great move and has major implications for historic crimes committed.
The laxatives won't be needed in them there resthomes, me thinks.

Great minds think alike. :o

Assuming a serious hat for once (no magpie yarns or little lamb tales), the implications of the information in this post are major. With the removal of the statute of limitations on crimes there is a much bigger scope for action.
If this doesn't quite make sense, suggest one contacts someone who has got their head round it.

The protect act makes clear there is no statute of limitations for crimes involving the abduction or physical or sexual abuse of a child, in virtually all cases. Under previous law, the statute of limitations expired when the child turned 25, potentially allowing child rapists to go free if law enforcement could not solve the crime in time.
