I can't quite get my head around what Mr Dodie Rayl is saying or inferring. If I'm reading it right, it seems that he is invalidating the concerns that supporting Americans have about parents sending their MKs to a boarding school and then rambles on about a man loving his wife and somehow this is not the childs responsibility, so therefore the best way to support "the work" is to send the child to boarding school. The problem from my experience is that, whereas a semisimple minded person such as myself who cannot grasp what is actually being said, will put up a hand and ask questions, there is a considerable amount of the faithful who will assume that because it is written, therefore it must be true. And because it is written by a man, it must be even truer, especially if he is one who is in a position of authority that allows him to write in such prestigious publications . . .
