What does Georgia Atlanta look like? I can see a large building by a lake and hear muffled tones of "We Welcome You . . ." ascending. Is this Georgia Atlanta? What will happen if I land here?

I think some of the people in that big building by the lake have secretly been reading Bemused's brilliant poetry, but I cannot recommend a landing there!

Doing low pass over and can hear the mumblings of the natives. It is a dialect I'm vaguely familiar with. I think it is Mumbo Jumbo Bitter Spiritsish.
Will take your advice and return to cruising altitude, move out over Atlantic and look for more appropriate landing site, perhaps Afghanistan or Iraq?

How many of these other Mutts are able to ride a bike? Two of them aren't even real (Snoopy and Scooby Doo). He is organising an investigation and then a recommendations committee. It could take some time .
