would be interesting to see the contract between NTM and PH to see the extent of independence here - the conditions, the parameters, the obligations, the termination clause, the defining of terms, the scope.

Several weeks ago we discussed with Pat Hendrix the options of using or not using NTM servers. It was decided to go the NTM route because of confidence in the security of the data and the ease of providing technical assistance should any be necessary. Although they do not access people’s e-mail, the NTM e-mail administration staff has access to data on this server. We fully understand this may make it difficult for you to be sure that complete confidentiality is maintained. Pat Hendrix has therefore set up a Gmail address - pat.mkguardian@gmail.com.
