Yes, NTM's current structure seems pretty complicated. I'm sure lots of people understand it, but what I know is that there is no longer an executive committee that has final authority. Each sending country has more autonomy and fields function in conjunction with the sending countries of the missionaries on the field. There are some NTM global agreements and policies, but no final authority throughout NTM anymore.

The executive board only has authority over NTM-US members, as I understand it. Hence they cannot enforce anything in NTM-Australia or Canada or any other sending country, which is quite different than when many of us were growing up.

Someone please correct me if I'm mistaken or shed some more light on this...

NTM, This does not look good to those on the outside looking in. The Biblical principal "Provide things honest in the sight of God and man" comes to mind here. Just a thought.

Yeah, so why just delete the entry? Why not provide something that states, further information will be forthcoming or, something, anything???

I mean, really, for an organization that has spearheaded the front on reaching unreached tribes, they really do not know how to communicate all that well, do they??? Or, perhaps, they do, and if that is the case, it makes it all so much more sinister . . . .

After some time passes, one has to surmise that silence is intentional until proven otherwise.
