I laughed out loud. Managed to keep my dentures from flying though. I'm getting too old for crawling around on the floor searching for my choppers.

Round here, if your dentures fly out, you wash them, sterilise them, wash them again, put them in the dishwasher and then consider reinserting them, or using someone elses for a week.

Is it just me and the fact that I'm somewhere at the bottom of the globe, or are others finding that logging on to Fanda Eagles is a little slower or not possible at times?

Something is definitely up (or down) with Fanda Eagles. I have trouble getting on to the site, though if I keep trying, eventually I do get it. I have also been logged out several times lately, and have had to log back in with my user name and password, even though I always check the "keep me logged in" box.

Not the geeky type, so have no idea what the problem might be. But you are not the only one who's noticed it, Bemused.

I hope that doesn't discourage people from reading here.

Hmmmmmmmm, there could come a time when we have to bid a fond farewell to Fanda Eagles, as all good things come to past eventually.

Luckily I have made some very good friends (and a few enemas too ) so can remain in touch.
