"Erased by unyielding dogma."

This is true of thousands of parents who have been funneled through the twisted, tightly-controlled system of New Tribes Mission. Some are still members, but most are not, and yet, puzzlingly, their minds and hearts are still tightly shut to the tears of their children.

I truly do not understand this. But I hear of it over, and over, and over. Repeated all over the world.

One of the greatest tragedies in the fundamentalist Christian world: sacrificing one's own children on the altar of tribal missionary work.

I refuse to believe that this is how Christ intended for his Great Commission to be carried out.

No! No! No! Don't sit there quietly in shame!

Stand up and scream at these men! Tell them what they have done! Tell them that they are gutless cowards! Tell the media your story! The shame is theirs, not yours!

Then you have taken the first step to living again! Shame the criminals and their friends, don't wear it yourself!

I, I, I!

Tell the media!
It takes so much courage.
But it will help if they catch on and run with the story.

The survivors own their stories. They, and they alone, have the right to tell those stories if they choose.

Most of the survivors have gone silent.

I think this is what NTM was waiting for.

Just hold out long enough ... and they will go silent.
