And have thought for a long time about wolves in sheeps' clothing.
IT DOESN'T FIT, SO JUST TAKE IF OFF!
THAT would be transparency.

Once I was a sheep
And I wore wolf attire
For I hadn't found the truth
For which my need was dire

Then I found the Good Shepherd
Who shore off my wolfish coat
And sent me to deepest tropics
To teach the locals in parts remote

But somewhere along the way
I did evil deeds and told lies
And I put back on my wolfish clothes
Which were still my egos size

So the flock of young lambs
For whom I was supposed to care
Looked in my cupboard
And of it good works was bare

They were confused
Some badly lost their way
Others were broken
But for my crimes I'd never pay

I know I should have repented
Thrown my wolfish coat upon the fire
But I went on and on and on
Fulfilling my evil desire

And as I now prepare
To look the Good Shepherd in the eye
I wonder if He'll take me in
When I leave this earth and die
