That's incredible. How about someone who is a bit more sympathetic to the plight of us forgotten, disowned downunder MKs??????? We are fighting alongside our MK brothers and sisters, we served with our fellow MKs, we don't want to be dumped on Crossview's doorstep!!!!!!!

Isn't this a bit ingrown?
Where is the objectivity?

And to Panama MKs----
Did you feel at all intimidated by the presence of a lawyer on the ntm side?
What was the purpose of this lawyer?
You didn't feel the need to take a lawyer with you?
Just asking-----

One of the members of the delegation is an attorney. I'm glad that their attorney was in the meetings. She experienced first hand what we want, what we suffer and is fully aware of how reasonable our requests were. NTM will ultimately be making the decisions. I trust that NTM heard our heart and can see the value in what we proposed. I guess we will have to wait and see.

Good point. Putting faces to stories can bring to life the true feelings behind the words.

For myself, apart from when I am in uniform, I'm rather shy and reserved, so am more than happy to write words rather than speak them. While others are more gifted in verbal articulation. And there in lies the beauty of teamwork, for we accomplish much more as we play our different roles within the Fanda Eagles community.

What we DO want is for NTM, as a whole, to deal in truth. We recognize the difficulty in looking back 30-plus years to decipher what truth is. But we know that IS possible in spite of the difficulties. Most importantly it is essential that NTM address not only the abusers, but also the abusive environment from which these things grew, as well as the leadership who may have known of abuse and failed to act.

We believe that there is a way forward. Through greater openness in the investigative process and a willingness to advocate for those who have been wronged, NTM can achieve a successful result which will justify the significant expense of this process.

We ask for your patience as you wait with us for the statement of actions from NTM to which they will commit. We want to again express our heartfelt thanks to all of you who prayed, responded and gave generously.

Sincerely Panama MK Representatives

Still praying. Still waiting. How humbling it is for me to read the above statement from the Panama MK representatives. Such godly conduct on their part.

"One of the members of the delegation is an attorney. I'm glad that their attorney was in the meetings." quote threewillows.
I find this interesting that NTM had their attorney present as part of the delegation and then the same week we find that attorney to be the investigator from IHART. Really?!
So now the investigation is not truly an investigation by definition, because it is not an inquiry at all, but a rather a defense. Sides have already been taken; there is no objectivity.
