I do not want to misrepresent myself, so I will say that I do not consider myself to have been sexually abused. More so emotionaly and spiritually. So, having reached that point in my life from emotional and spiritual abuse I cannot even imagine how much harder it would be to add sexual abuse on top.

I'd like to say that I always enjoyed watching the guys run at field day. There was something so powerful about it. To this day I still admire runners.

@ survivor: You enjoyed watching even when I made "pig faces" as I ran??!!!! I ran as if possessed! LOL

Ok, maybe I'm a little weird. But there's something really cool about watching someone who is completely in the moment and pushing themselves so physically hard.

LOL . . .true, it WAS fun, even if it did look like it was painful!

Well, I don´t know, maybe you guys are all in the shape we used to be in HS, but I remember how in shape I was - sigh - those WERE the days - I weighed 70 kg of muscle, not flab!

Due deference to the fact that I'm a guy, not a gal, and so do not have to worry about the issues associated with being pregnant, or the general fact that males metabolism is kinder to the physique than is the case with female metabolism . . .I am actually in better condition than I was in high school . . . .

However, I have to admit my knees do ache more now than they used to after 2-3hrs of playing volei!! And yes, the stiffness the next morning does remind me I'm no longer the 17 year old I was once!
