@ Ornery: So it was sunshine with the moonshine in the sala? huh?
Love the Kenneth Branagh Henry V movie. I remember when it was released and the old TIME magazine on the Via library shelf said it won an Oscar for Best Adaptation/Costume/Director (I think). My favorite part of the play is the St. Crispin's Day Speech. In the movie I'm always moved by the Te Deum sung on the field of battle . . . .
I second your belief that all is needed is Sanford to have the cojones to . . . pick up the phone and call the authorities, report, come clean, file their mea culpas, et cetera, et cetera. Hmm, will it happen? I don't know . . . not the greatest track record so far. Actually thought NTM Sanford would pick up the phone and call, yet the latest update has them "kicking GRACE to the curb", deciding to do it all "in-house", and not being as transparent on what is being done regarding "perps of the past" (yes, I'm in full alliterative mode!).
So, in paraphrasing the words of the ugly women @ Buttercup: Here's to the organization of filth, putrescence, and all the other slime in the Fire Swamp!
Those who cannot or will not protect the "least of these" except at the point of the scrivener's "sword" do not deserve to last long!
Not going gently into that good night . . . .
