Memories: I can identify with you. If I had spoken up sooner and "gotten ugly" then my sister and another cousin wouldn't have gotten abused. Somehow I felt like I was strong enough to handle my own abuse but when I found out Steve had also molested my sister and nother cousin, I seriously wanted to hurt him. How dare he ruin another life? I think that's when the warrior in me was born. It was after I left Via though.

My warrior was born in the form of a great big mama bear, the day my daughter was born . . .I remember thinking, "nobody is going to tell my daughter she can't preach". "nobody is going to tell her that she can't be president of Student Council"
