It's only been a little over a year, and they seem to have completely forgotten everything that GRACE said about them in the report. And it doesn't seem like they are really serious about trying to resolve any of this in a positive manner.

Is there anyone in NTM who is willing to discuss this in an open and honest way, and that has any authority to take any action?

I received a secret apology about the Dean Van Vliet quote from someone in NTM.
I was assured that "the use of this quote was not intentional." And that there has been "lots of embarrassment and apologies."
"From now on the publishers will have a list of disciplined members and former NTM members guilty of crimes and they will check all quotes against that list."
I feel so much better now.

Where is NTM's public apology for this shortfall---on the website where everyone can see it?
ie: NOT buried somewhere.
