Is this actually happening...2 million on a new chapel? I'm so angry....they get a new chapel while so many of us struggle through life carrying the damage many of them inflicted on us. I guess it makes sense that one lot of morally corrupt individuals are sheltering another...they have spent years watching each others backs. For years NTM has played the "no speak" game while giving the perps the heads up to continue the "no speak" game. You watch my back, I'll watch yours.

I got REALLY STEAMED about this news piece and picture, and started to write a post about it. But then I noticed that the date is June, 2009.

I don't think Paul Gess is the chaplain at the homes anymore. But yes, that's him there in the picture. Also in that photo are Duane Stous and Les Pederson, former members of the powerful Executive Committee. Duane and Les, just how much did you know, during your many years in leadership, about the intense suffering the children of your missionaries were enduring? Do you know now? Are you still smiling, like you were in 2009? Or are your hearts broken, like mine?

I haven't been at NTM Homes in some years. I imagine the 2 million dollar chapel in now finished, and many prayers are currently being sent up from it; prayers that God would protect the beloved New Tribes Mission, save the elderly Homes residents from the slanderous attacks of vindictive, bitter MKs, and confuse and confound our efforts to gather evidence against simple, humble servants of God.

Wonder if there will be a Downunder Wing in the Chapel, where the services of the hardworking Kiwis and Aussies can be remembered and the money that was take from them can be given thanks for.

You can't blame the elderly for disremembering that there were any but Americans sacrificing for God in heathen lands.

Can you?

Are you saying NTM Sanford is being run by the elderly...now that might start to make some sense? That would be the only way they could justify their constant failings....lost their hearing, eye sight and marbles. Mystery solved!!

Watch the onset of rapid Alziemers when someone asks questions about the past and who was doing the abusing.

Oh Lord take me home
I don't want to remember what I've done
Call me up to the Pearly Gates
For being questioned is not fun :?

Funding for the new building is at approximately 50 percent. The cost is estimated at $2 million.

So they already have $1 million for a new "chapel" at NTM Homes but they won't deal openly and honestly with the abuse issue? I'm so glad that we've been very far from this organization for many years!

I'm sure Ione (aka Blond) will be really happy to see who's giving the "sermon" at the ground-breaking.

The ever amazing Mrs Bemused would like to know if the NTM Retirement home will be staffed with unqualified "nurses", like the schools were staffed by unqualified "teachers"?

Oh can you imagine it:

Hello Mr Jones, I'm a nurse today. Now I can't find your waterworks pills, but these ones say bowels and thats in the same analytical area, so you take them ay?

Oh there will be movements in mysterious ways! :P

Ha, ha. Imagine the look of horror on the residents of NTM homes if the lovely Mrs Bemused and I turned up to "volunteer" our services.

It would be Hobsons choice: Either you have Mrs Bemused as your nurse, who despite her many talents is not a nurse. Or you can have Bemused, who is a nurse and would quite like to ask a few questions of some of the residents about their pasts.

And behold they did sing out with one voice "Hey Bemused's are you Friend or Enema?" :o
