NTM, I'm sorry, but here is one of your problems. In this response (which I can't find on your website) you say the lawsuit is "in regard to allegations of child abuse in the Philippines that were investigated and addressed prior to 1994".

This shows such a shocking lack of understanding of child abuse and its ramifications. You truly, honestly CANNOT POSSIBLY "investigate and address" this case of child abuse of multiple victims over a period of many years and think you could have been all done with it "prior to 1994"!!!!

This phrase is making me see stars, I am so appalled at your lack of understanding!!!!

"Prior to 1994" my precious, deeply wounded daughters were only 18 and 13 years old! The other victims were all in a similar age range at that time. They were in full-blown denial and acting out of their pain and rage ... a stage that lasted throughout their teenage years and beyond. PLEASE tell me you do understand that the extent of their damage and the fullness of their needs could not POSSIBLY have been comprehended back at that time!!! For you to even think that you could claim to have addressed this matter exhaustively and to your satisfaction is ludicrous!!!

None of us -- the victims and those who love them -- were DONE with this "prior to 1994"!!! How can you not get that????

I would like to give you the benefit of the doubt and would like to hear you say this is NOT what you mean, at all!!!
